What are your payment options?

We accept payments in advance by:

1)  PAYNOW to mobile 9222 0232 (our receommended and preferred option. Please email / WA us upon payment)

2)  By ATM or internet banking (we will provide you with our bank details if you are not using Paynow)

How will my order be processed?

​

We will prepare an artwork for your confirmation when your order is received. Once you confirmed the artwork and made payment via Paynow, ATM or internet banking, we will proceed to make your stamp. We will email or Whatsapp you to let you know when your order has been dispatched.

Delivery and charges

​

All deliveries are handled by Singapore Post and postage rates are as per charged by Singapore Post.

Delivery time indicated is based on Singapore Post's delivery standard.

Basic Mail : S$1.50 per order to one address only

Delivery time : 3 working days

No tracking number will be provided and lost in transit at own risk

Tracked Mail : S$3.00 per order to one address only

Delivery time :  2 working days

Delivery of item is to letterbox and not to doorstep

Tracking number will be provided, Whatsapp / email notification will be sent when item is delivered

Speedpost Standard : S$6.00 per order to one address only

Delivery time : 1 working day

Delivery of item is to Doorstep

Courier delivery service

Special arrangement can be made for urgent delivery for orders above S$50. Courier charges starts from S$8 per trip, depending on your location.

Do you provide invoice for my order?

Yes, an invoice will be provided upon request

Are you able to supply in bulk to schools and provide e-invoicing?

​

Yes, definitely! We are registered with Vendors @ Gov and are able to provide e-invoicing

International Orders

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Each parcel is sent via Registered Package and is handled by Singapore Post. A tracking number will be provided for all international orders.

We are not responsible for any duties and taxes incurred at your local custom for the delivery of your order. You will be required to make payment for such duties and taxes if applicable. Please contact your local customs to be sure of the applicable fees before placing your order
